reflection from the week

It would be easy to die for Yeshua. Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about, since I've never been put in that position. Although, if I am put in that position, I think I would be pretty glad to see Him so soon. It's hard enough just to live for Him, though. As I realized this week.

It's hard, but He loves us. I've been encouraged in an amazingly subtle way, but for some reason, that changes everything... the shade of all these colors, the colors in all this longing, discouragement and confusion, the subtle strength to love and pray when I don't have any of my own.

"'Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?' The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
" -1 corinthians 15:55-57

Also, I really miss you all in Boston.
