Elijah's cave & Haifa cable car

Today included a fun trip to the edge of the Haifa peninsula, where we went on a 2 min cable car trip for 19 shekels up the face of the hill. Excellent view and beautiful blue Mediterranean water. Elijah's cave was on the same level as the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem for me... damp, smelly, uncomfortable to be inside. It was cool to say that we went there, seeing as we live in the city of this uber religious pilgrimage site, but not anything special for me.

Before all that, however, I managed to lock myself out of my apartment early this morning. I went outside to use my laptop, didn't bother to take my keys, but I kept the door unlocked for sure. When I went back 20 minutes later, it was locked! The maintenance guy said I must be a genius to lock myself out .. haha. apparently it really is impossible...
